I called numerous companies and they were the one that answered the phone. They are reasonable and understood that you can't wait if your restroom is backing up. Very professional and do what they say...I highly recommend this company. 5+ stars!
Called them and talked to Scott. Great personality. He advised me to get the wires fixed first on the pump in order for me to try and save money first and that if that did not work, to give him a call back. Rigging the wires back up did not work, called him at dinnertime and they were here first thing Tuesday am and installed new pump. They showed me exactly what was being done and told us no need to pump out the septic system so that saved us money too. Honesty at its best. They were quick to respond to my request for a tank pump and their tech helped offer invaluable advice for how to trouble shoot some of the issues I have been experiencing with my drain field.
