Kudos to Reliable Septic and Bruce McCullers. I recently sold a property that had been bank owned and empty for a while. The bank had commissioned Reliable to put in a new septic and drainfield. Unbeknownst to Reliable, the bank, the Health Department or my Buyer, only one bathroom was actually tied into the septic. The Kitchen, second bath and Washer were all emptying into seperate 55 gallon drums around the property. I Want everyone to know if you ever have an issue with your septic call Reliable. We called with a problem and within 20 minutes guys were here, pumped out the system and everything is back to normal. Great service!! Thanks guys .
I must retract my original review. Bruce came out and met me on my property to discuss the problem with the broken sprinkler line. The line was pierced by a tiny probe rod (completely unavoidable) and he promptly fixed it. He also dug my tank up again to show me why his guys recommended a drain field. Turns out they were right I do need a drain field. All of this could have been resolved with a phone call to him. I feel terrible for spouting off in anger without knowing all the information.
