These guys are horrible.constantly ruin my yard,leave trash around from there dumps and just left broken glass from the recycle bin in the road.my children watched as they broke a bottle and herad it break then simply drove off. Sick of this servous.wish columbia would change business
They didn't pick up our recycling bin on Thursday Sept. 7th. I called when I got home from work and talked to the owner. He said it would be picked up on Friday Sept. 8th. When I came home for lunch it had not been picked up so I called again and they said it would be. When I came home from work it still was full and I called again and she just said, too late we will get it Monday. So it will not be recycled. The rest of the bins in our alley were emptied. So I guess Reliable isn't.
Great Service, very RELIABLE! Would not hesitate to recommend them!
Second time in two months that Reliable has failed to pick up our trash on the scheduled day. Called Thursday evening after my can say outside for two days, only to be called back and said that they would TRY to come and get my trash today. No one came and I was never called back about the fact that no one was coming - now everything is flooded and blew everywhere because of the storm since I left it out for it to be picked up. Thanks.
Very happy that they come all the way over to our place !!! Always easy to talk to :)
