Communication/updates are sent via email and I've always felt part of a tight knit community. From management to Pick-up employees, this is a very well run business!
Reliable purchased our previous supplier, Garcia Waste, and the transition has been seamless. Reliable has great communication regarding holiday changes in schedule and has maintained a habit we really appreciated about Garcia. Emptied trash cans are turned sideways so it's easy to tell if they've been serviced before walking up the driveway. And the cans are always replaced where they were, never in the middle of the driveway!
Good value and very customer centric.
