We use Reliable for normal trash pickup which is good, but we scheduled a bulk pickup for larger items and the experience was terrible. We got a quote based on submitting items and photos, then they provided the estimate for those items. On the day of, we ended up not needing 1 of the items picked up which was a large mattress and the largest part of that pickup. I am all about "Customer Service" and also giving and receiving "Excellent " Customer Service. We are new to "Reliable Sanitation" effective pickup is today Wednesday 7/16/2025 , This company is so smooth and precise with their pick ups, our trash was picked up right after 6:00Am, This is Awesome Customer Service!
You know when you are in good hands when the service is reliable. A couple of years ago, I switched to them after repeated unprofessional service from another company. Reliable sanitation is professional, reliable -as their name says it- and kind. I recently got my days mixed up and they were very kind to return to pick up my trash in between the week. There is a $10 charge for this service and it is totally worth it!
The new girl for customer service is terrible last week on Wednesday she told me I would have to schedule a bulk pick up on Tuesday last week this call was on Wednesday. I call today on a Tuesday she says no you have to call before Tuesday customer service is terrible about a month ago we scheduled a bulk pick up same day terrible service. I will be changing soon. The company is great I believe they pick up all your trash plus more at times always on time the customer service is what makes it terrible it overshadows the work... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service experience. After a holiday, we had some extra trash and placed it in a second bin (instead of leaving bags on the ground). I was told there would be a $10 charge, which I did pay without issue—but their own policy says bagged trash next to the bin and broken-down cardboard should also be picked up. We followed those instructions, and they still left it behind.
