Not worth it! The men half way dispose the trash properly and leave trash in the street. You leave trash in front of customers houses during a pandemic. The customer service isn’t pleasant, Brandy and the other woman have a very bad attitude , always short and rude with you.
Stop picking up at 4 am !!!!!!!

I cannot believe how hard working your guys are. Our condos have winding, steep paths that they somehow maneuver their bins through. Much respect to them. I noticed today, that one of them had an emergency today and I hope he is okay. Somehow, our bins still managed to be emptied despite the set-back. Wow!

Reliable, does what they can to help their customers that are Veterans/non-veterans, elderly, and have varied handicaps. They care about the citizens of Douglasville. If you are looking for a Sanitation Company, I highly recommend them because they care and will go the extra mile!
