I went with Reliable Roofing not because of only their competitive pricing but Casey the project manager made me comfortable with his explanation of what his crew will be doing. The office manager Magda was pleasant to deal with as well and her communication is excellent. They took their time and completed the work beautifully and made sure to leave our house spotless. I couldn't have been more pleased with Casey and his team at Reliable Roofing. He came highly recommended from a friend. I don't know why I wasted my time getting three additional estimates! I had many questions on supplies, materials and procedures. Magda in the office was patient and timely with getting the right answer to all my questions. The team was fabulous! I was in need of a new roof and started calling around for estimates. Had 5 estimates before Reliable came out . Casey from Reliable gave me an estimate and we choose them to do our roof. What a good decision to use them. They were here at 8:00 for 4 days and stayed till 4:30 5:00 every day. Very very professional crew who did the work. This is hands down the BEST roofing company around! Incredibly clean, respectful, on time, great work and just genuinely nice people. I had a tornado come thru my neighborhood a year ago and damaged a lot of roofs. I went outside my insurance company and used Reliable Roofing to replace mine, because I had seen their work and was very impressed.
