The crew from Reliable Roofing showed up late and unprepared. I asked for a simple update, and the response was rude and dismissive. Definitely didn’t live up to the “reliable” part of their name.
Despite the name, Reliable Roofing was anything but reliable. They kept rescheduling at the last minute, and I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. Very poor communication throughout.
D’Andre and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new roof! They were quick and efficient and got it all done in a day. D’Andre was very knowledgeable and made the process as painless and seamless as possible, even with dealing with one of the most difficult insurance companies! The roof turned out great, I cannot recommend this company enough!
Jerry with Reliable Roofing was phenomenal he was professional and proficient. Jerry's communication was on point with everything and explained each step in detail he made sure we were satisfied with each service. Jerry followed up once job was completed to make sure it was properly completed he went above and beyond I appreciate the services and will definitely recommend reliable roofing & exteriors.
