From the beginning with Brian,Wow a great guy and a very professional salesman. This company is the best Jason and his crew was at my home on time as promised. Everything myself and Brian talked about they did. What a fine job at that. If you need a new roof or repairs call the company that cares.
The salesman advised the owner of Reliable Roofing would be present on the job. He also told me they only work with one crew. This is what they also advertise in their mailers and on their website. The owner WAS NOT present on my roof installation, because he was on another job in N.Ridgeville. Not sure how one crew can be on two job sites? The owner did have to come back out two days after the roof was complete to fix work that his subbed out crew left, including a large hump on the back of my roof because of crushed piece ... read more
Just had my Roof done by reliable roofing and love it. From estimates to install, the team was on top of everything, Brian was very helpful with shingle selection and Stacy with communicating and scheduling. When the team showed up on the first morning they attacked it like an army. Must have been 7-8 people. Could tell they knew what they were doing.
