We recently received a Home Inspection report that alleged required roof repairs. We contacted Reliable Roofers and provided them with the report. With 48 hours, they had a certified roofing onsite. He provided a detailed evaluation of the roof, and then identified inaccurate information in the Home Inspection. Within 24 hours, we had a written evaluation that clearly explained the condition of the roof, which refuted the Home Inspector's "findings" using factual information about roof design and elements of our roof. Quick response and excellent service! Larry quickly answered and came out to inspect my roof when I needed it. He gave his honest review of the situation and did not try to up-sell me on a bunch of products or services I did not need. I will definitely call them with any of my roofing needs!
I had then reshingle my roof this summer. Unfortunately it turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. Despite this they did a solid job, and 2 came by the next day to install the kickout flashing I explicitly requested. So I'm pretty happy I went with Reliable
