Customer service was my biggest issue. It was difficult to get clear answers to my questions, and responses were often delayed. The project itself felt rushed, and I noticed minor issues that needed to be corrected afterward. I expected better attention to detail.
The pricing seemed reasonable at first, but additional costs were added later that weren’t clearly explained upfront. I felt there was a lack of transparency throughout the process. While the roof was eventually completed, the overall experience left me dissatisfied.
Great service. Quickly fixed up an issue with my garage roof. Would highly recommend.
Update: Alex contacted me and promptly took care of the issue, I was messaging Dan who's been away from the office and the person my husband spoke to on the phone tried contacting us back but was confused as it was my voice on the machine so no message was left. Just a miscommunication and misunderstanding. Thank you Alex!
Alex and his gang did a re shingle on my back extension of my house. They worked fast, and did a great job. Alex also did the replacement of a rotten fascia board on the north side of the extension. He recommended some flashing to protect it, and sealed it with some sealant as well. It all looks great. Highly recommend. Thanks Alex.
