Fraud My policy is not going to be renewed by Liberty Mutual because Reliable Reports submitted a report stating that, "my roof shingles have more than 6 marks of unknown cause in a square and less than 5 years life remaining." Further, when I called to get specifics about my roof, I was told by a manager (Oquisha) that the inspector took photos of my roof from the street and never came onto my property.
