Apparently my car was hit in a parking lot while i was shopping. Thought about calling my insurance to get it fixed, but that would probably mean a rate increase, and rent a car, etc. My car is in great shape for a 10 years old, no accidents and hardly any chips on it. I asked a friend and referred me to John at Reliable Dent Removal. Here returned my text quickly and set up an appointment. I am glad I did. The results were great. way better than i thought it would be.

Despite the name, Reliable Dent Removal was far from it. The technician showed up late, did a rushed job, and the dent is still there. I was promised a clean fix, but the panel now looks uneven. Very disappointed.

I had high hopes based on their name and reviews, but the results were subpar. The dent wasn’t fully removed, and they never returned my calls when I asked for a rework. For what I paid, I expected much better service.
