I do not recommend using this company. I was in communication via text messaging with the owner before I applied for the home and advised him of my situation. He let me know the home was available. After ALL of the negative reviews, I gave it a shot and applied. The same day I applied, they had already rented the home to another applicant instead of letting me know up front the home had been rented (home was removed from the website and signage removed from yard.)
