I called Anne Yang today as I was interested in purchasing one of her listings in Diamond Bar. Well, I've never experienced someone utterly lacking professionalism and is just rude. I called her cell phone and she answered with "Who is this?" I gave her my name and asked if she had few minutes to talk. She rudely replied "if you're selling I have just one minute for you!
