Waited a month during the summer for repairs to the AC unit only to have it break again 2 weeks later. We spent another 2 weeks without air. All due to the owner insisiting on waiting for the warranty company. The owner and the management company were extremelly rude and told us we cannot hire anyone else or we would have to pay for it. Yes we may have an area that needs to be fixed. We still move and help anyone weather your behind in rent or have past eviction, we still let you in. We care about our tenants and the future ones as well.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. The only reason they have one star is because I couldn't give them zero. I stayed at one of their apartments for two months, and had the worst experience. I needed an apartment quickly, so I looked over the fact that there was bugs crawling around on the floor and that water occasionally leaked through the ceiling. Run down trailers and some sites. Clean as can be expected in the desert with thorns everywhere. Not what was on the picture on the web site. The management and maintenance are very nice people. They take care of your needs right away. The cost is decent for the area. They are pet friendly. It's worth the money for the area.

Last year the AC went out.... And now summer extreme heat is back...The AC Tech came a few days ago and said the unit is old but working. But per pic you can see I'm sitting here and its 90° inside and we have not reach the hottest part of the day. This sucks... I'm done... 0 stars they don't deserve 1

I'd give them less if I could. A neighbor moved out a month or so back. Well, since they've been gone our apartment has been overran with roaches. They left trash and food all over the place. You can see if from the front window by the front door. Right info the kitchen. We called and told the management several times about the issue. It is to the point where we can't cook or leave any kind of food anywhere. They don't care at all. Don't come here. They don't care about you. They were so helpful when we needed a storage last minute! They have great rates and the units have security systems. I would refer them to anyone! Sounds like the previous review is from someone who was very behind on rent, from my understanding if you are more then 3 months behind on rent the belongings become their property.

The home I was looking at became available and the Brigg's agent was very welcoming, supportive and helpful. I don't have plans to move on. This is a very good situation and I am very pleased with everything I have encountered dealing with Briggs Realty.
