Waited a month during the summer for repairs to the AC unit only to have it break again 2 weeks later. We spent another 2 weeks without air. All due to the owner insisiting on waiting for the warranty company. The owner and the management company were extremelly rude and told us we cannot hire anyone else or we would have to pay for it. By far one of the hardest working, diligent property management company I have worked with in the 35 years of property ownership. They screened tenants to get the best fit and quality for the unit owner and occupant. You would have to travel VERY far to acquire as skilled a team as they have.
