I have been renting from Victory Properties LLC for six months, the apartment is very nice with comparable pricing to other local rentals. One issue I have is that I’ve requested they attend to a hallway smoke detector with a low battery and a minor repair to the washer and dryer. That was well over a month ago and I still have to listen to constant loud beeping and trek to the laundromat. Great experience with a local landlord. I much prefer to speak with the same person (or same 2-3 people) every time I have a question or problem. This is so much better than living in a mega-complex (trust me--I have experience there too). You know who to contact when you have a problem, you know and recognize the repair workers if/when they come to your house, and they are really understanding and helpful if you call them about an issue. Units not up to clean living conditions, very dirty, unprofessional staff. Poor commitment to customer service. Possible contaminated areas, mold and bacteria. Will have to make a formal complaint to the Maryland department of health. Poor initiatives to maintain healthy living conditions.
Recently this company has been through the process of a rental home. I have yet to have the repairs I’ve needed fixed after a month of being in the home. The water heater recently broke and the broker, Jacqueline Montes remained very unprofessional over the phone screaming. She sent an older person over and he was asking religious things and telling me to follow things etc. I wouldn’t recommend the ongoing headache with this company.
Family-owned business that takes care of their tenants and properties. They are still doing repairs from the hurricane but the improvements are great. Very good people to rent from.
I have been looking for an apartment in Whitehouse Tx and there is not that many choices. But I came across Country Place apartments and was pleasantly surprised. In the very secluded area, far from highways there was this little palace, still close to all the shopping in town, all the schools, very safe for kids to live and play around. Office manager very helpful and understanding. She showed me around and explained everything in very professional manner. Me and my kids in love with that place and will be moving in soon.
DONT RENT FROM VIBRANT REALTY IN LAS VEGAS NV ON SPANISH RIDGE....I received my keys before I could do walk thru....hint 1.....floor dirty walls not painted nice big 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in gated community no repairs got done they kept $300 of my security deposit after using white out over the fact they were going to only charge me $50 which was fair normal wear & tear but they got ugly wont accept certified letter or calls from my advocate helping me to sue them now for triple because deposit returned after 30 days &... read more

Bob is an expert at what he does, he works tirelessly, responds quickly to inquiries, is extremely clear and informative, and gives you honest, good advice, always.
While trying to schedule a time to come and view the property Bob, the property contact, asked me a few questions regarding how many people would be renting, if we had pet, etc. From there Bob began to say that he was sure there were actually 4 renters, and that would be too many, even though I told him REPEATEDLY that there were 2 of us.
