Worse property management I have ever come across. Wendy has no communication skills & no professionalism. She is hard to deal with. I would think that they would want their properties rented but she makes it impossible. We live in San Diego & asked what was the earliest we could move in she said April 14 or 21st. I have been with the company for over 2 years now. The old manager (Mario) was the worst, but now I have work directly with Wendy and she is great. She has helped me with an eviction, court proceedings, and getting a new tenant for an empty unit. Every time I text / email her about a problem, the issue is solved within 24 hrs. I have no complaints with Wendy. In terms of the company, they are really good with tax documents and monthly deposits on rents. I recommend the company and especially Wendy.

Worst management ever. Rude to client and customer. Make excuses and not deliver check on time. Make up stories to client and saying bad thing about tenant.

These people are horrible. Roof leak, water sprinkler stain glass, weeds growing nothing done, trash all over place they don't do anything, store broken into and ( no notice that other stores were robbed). Manager suck. No one likes him. He's the party of no. Say he will do something then lie and say he never agreed. They take people's money, raise cam rent and don't do nothing to help business owners. Don't rent from them.
