FYI RPM and Joseph Motta broke the law by not providing heat to any residents at 29 East 37th Street between October 2017 and April 2018. The average temperature in my apartment (Apt. 3C) during that time was about 55 degrees, well below what is legally required by NYC. When I reported the issue to HPD, he illegally retaliated against me by replacing the heaters in every apartment but my own. These people are very rude...They don't even introduce themselves or the company,it's just a "Hello" and then a hang up...So much for service now-a-days.
