BUYER BEWARE!! Chris's expertise is questionable And his customer service is POOR. He appears to be a trustworthy contractor but appearance is as far as it goes. He made an appointment with me but when he realized that I was looking for him to check on problems with his Sealant application on my driveway pavers and not for his estimate to power wash my roof and pool area pavers he conveniently never arrived for his appointment as well as never responded to several phone calls and text messages. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS: We recently hired Chris McLaughlin / Reliable Pressure Cleaning to power wash then re-paint our driveway. Power washing went fine HOWEVER the painting most definitely did not. Sloppy work, globs of paint in the joints but MORE importantly, the paint bubbled up significantly then popped open after drying creating large pockets of the old surface exposed. I am extremely disappointed with Reliable Pressure cleaning. They have no problem asking for payment before the services are completed satisfactorily. My pavers were not fully sealed and they won't return to complete the job. I have reached at least 5 times via email and phone and they won't return my call.
