They did a great job installing my heating system 7 years ago. Very professional setup, but now my water heater sprung a leak under warranty and they will not call me back. I have been without hot water for 2 days now waiting for them to call. I called them 4 times a day. I finally gave up and called the water tank manufacturer and they said I can have it replaced by another licensed plumber.
