Jay came this morning to do a backflow test, he was very kind, and personable. He went out of his way to make tags and label them for which turn off and on was the main water, and the sprinkler etc. I’m on disability and kids home sick, and it’s a mess, trim down as we did flooring and putting new trim in. Floor in bathroom tore up to do tile, door handle off and taped because it’s being replaced. Young boys are messy and break a lot of stuff haha! Logan came out on a service call to fix my air conditioner. He was great. He went way beyond my expectations in both fixing the issue for the broken air conditioner and giving me some very helpful tips in keeping things with the air conditioner running well. It was definitely “top-shelf” service. Logan should be seen as a very valuable member of the team at Reliable.
