Did a repair for a gas leak and handled all aspects of getting my gas service getting turned back on
Had them replace my hot water heater in March 2024. Called them on a Saturday 10 months later due to it going out. Took them until Wednesday to replace it with no hot water in house and 4 kids in January. I could understand that but they then charged me $1240 for labor to replace it even though it was under warranty (no upfront estimate).
