Had them replace my hot water heater in March 2024. Called them on a Saturday 10 months later due to it going out. Took them until Wednesday to replace it with no hot water in house and 4 kids in January. I could understand that but they then charged me $1240 for labor to replace it even though it was under warranty (no upfront estimate). This company never returned my call it's been a week and they are just 3 blocks from my house . Horrible.

I called several plumbers in the area and had many estimates.. Ours was a small job, the service call was affordable and the person that answers the phones, Wendy.. .she's very sweet and allowed me to rattle on about what I needed.. I didn't feel rushed at all and when I didn't know what something plumbing related was called, she didn't make me feel stupid.. unlike some of the other companies did when I called them.
