Would not recommend them to anyone, defiantly more communicative company’s out there.
Grant is wonderful, he has fixed shower problems in our house, and installed a new water heater same day.
Used Grant to plumb our new build. He is absolutely the worst. He does not communicate back about anything. Save yourself the headache and find a plumber who actually wants to do the work. It should be called UNRELIABLE plumbing!!!
We have used Reliable Plumbing quite a few times over the last couple of years (fixing showers, faucets, installing toilets). They're the most affordable plumbers I've found and always show up exactly when they say they will. Additionally, they've been very prompt in getting out to our place to fix things, even if it wasn't urgent on our end. I recommend Grant and his team to all my neighbors and friends when they ask for a good plumber.
