Called Reliable Plumbing to have two floor furnaces removed from my house and told them what the job entailed on the phone. They sent me a plumber's assistant, not a plumber, who upon arriving, said "I've never seen anything like this before." After a ridiculous amount of nonsense, where my husband was assisting in the work, we paid the "fully certified plumber" price of $400. All good, until we tried to run the central heat a couple days later. It wasn't working. Called an HVAC guy, thinking our heater was broken. Turns out... read more
