After waiting 2.5 hours for a simple Louisiana permit I decided to call the permit office myself like I should have to begin with but figured I'd give a new company a chance to start ordering my permits every day. LA permit office had it in 5 minutes. Called Reliable back for a refund they claim they just sent my permit and couldn't refund me. I actually still haven't received anything from them. Good company! These guys are my go to regardless of where I am. Double check what permits you need.
Very professional, polite and reliable, not sure why the bad reviews. I use them often I have known them for a long time now.
Always easy to get permits through them. Don't take my word for it ...find out for yourself.
