I only needed an air filter but I was treated like I was a regular customer frequently spending hundreds of dollars. They had to order it and did so without taking my name and trusting that I would return to buy it. They were a couple dollars less than franchise auto parts stores plus they installed it for me without hesitation. The entire staff was busy but treated everyone in there like they genuinely appreciated their business.
Saved me $50 over the big name auto parts stores....highly recommend them for your auto parts needs!!! I wanted to completely redo all my brakes, rotors, drums, and shoes on my 2005 Honda Accord. I had prices from all the big name auto parts stores but Reliable beat them all. Anything they do not have in stock they order and have the next day, except if the next day is a Sunday because they're closed. JERRI AND STAFF are always ready to help. If they don't have it no one in town does.
Fast service, great products and prices but customer service is awful! People just walk away when you talk to them to ask questions. I inquired about a price of a product and the gentleman threw his hands in the air and said I don’t know man, and just walked away. I’ve been here three times now and the customer service is consistently terrible. Very rude.
