Don't recommend the Reliable Nissan. We cannot rely on this dealership and its service department in any emergency. On the way from El Paso to Washington, my 2023 Pathfinder's engine light came on for some reason. I stopped by Reliable Nissan on 24 July, 2026, waited all day, and they charged me $408.56 (diagnosis and ECM update) without even fixing the issue. Horrible, horrible, horrible! My vehicle is less than two years old, has under 25,000 miles, and it's already having so many issues. This morning, I had to call roadside assistance just to jump-start it so I could drive it to the dealership. When I called the night before, no one mentioned they would need to keep my vehicle all day. Had I known that, I would have made transportation arrangements since I rely on my car for work.
