I simply asked if they could offer a small discount on the vehicle. Instead of responding professionally, the seller insulted me and then immediately blocked me on Facebook Marketplace. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any business. If this is how they treat potential customers before a sale, I can’t imagine how they treat buyers afterward. I also noticed that other customers have reported negative experiences in the dealership’s reviews on CarGurus. I would not recommend this dealership.Â
