I've always had very great experience with Reliable medical.
After they received my doctor's orders, they responded quickly and sent a technician to determine what my wheelchair needed to be fixed. I've dealt with them five times concerning either provision or repair of equipment I've gotten from them over the last years I've lived in their service area, and they've always been quick, professional, and knowledgeable with the services they provide.

Wayne is very happy with getting the customer wheel chair and shower chair. Wayne wasn’t too happy about the long, many months wait, but don’t believe it was all Reliable Medical’s fault.
