Terrible service: they identified THEIR problem and then don't fix it with multiple calls, leaving an elderly lady on a barely functioning air bed. Still awaiting a call. Edit 1. Finally got some action. Took multiple calls. STILL, going to have to wait a week for repairs, meanwhile an elderly lady suffers. Any lawyers out there?
My husband's hospital bed was supposed to be delivered yesterday supposedly the driver was in an accident. Than it was supposed to be delivered today. This excuse was that the truck had a flat and they couldn't get a tow truck. Needless to say, when you call they tell you they are closed and the mailbox is full. The bed is a necessity . There is no excuse they can come up with as to why this delivery wasn't made. Don't use this company.
