I'm Xavier's mom. Reliable was great and perfect. Especially Adam. He is so professional.
There was a bit of delay in the process, which was kind of frustrating. Once the paperwork and documentation was obtained, Reliable informed me my delivery would be after 6/29/26. I got a call yesterday telling me that my scooter came in and would be delivered the next day. The tech was awesome. He explained the features of the softer and made sure I was aware of how to operate all features. Great work
Adam was very nice and understanding. Prior to him assisting my family, we were in contact with two other individuals, which caused an extreme delay in my son receiving his equipment. However, once he stepped in, we received it right away. He was very accommodating, understanding, and respectful. My son is beyond happy now that he has access to riding a bike.
