Very thankful to have received my chair! The 22 month battle to get here was not their fault but it definitely made the delivery that much sweeter! It’s really nice having a chair that’s perfect for me! No issues, very kind people! A+++
Horrible customer service. No callback from multiple messages, service was preformed on my mobility char and nuts and bolts were MISSING. Called for assistance with this and got nothing. I would recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.
Ive been working with a disabled, elderly man that needs a new/replaced inflatable cushion to go in his electric wheelchair. The man is miserable and for a month this company has given me the most ridiculous run down. I get put on hold and left. I get put down a rabbit hole and put off on someone else and its always to no avail. Id never, ever recommend this company to ANYONE & I was the one to set him up with going with this company for his wheelchair. Big mistake. Nobody cares!
Amazing customer service. Terry is so knowledgeable in all things mobility. These guys have ideas to help improve daily living. The staff is excellent. Good communication and don't mind taking extra time.
