$420 to replace a thermocouple and add a screw to a vent that ultimately resulted in no positive outcome is outrageous. They even included time to go out and buy the thermocouple to add it to the bill even though I asked them to replace the thermocouple when I first made the appointment. They refused to negotiate with me. I even submitted a complaint to the BBB, and they simply ignored it. They have poor customer service.
