Rick did a good job. I spoke with him on the phone about my "project." I told him I was new to boating, and this is my first boat. He asked questions and gave me advice. He came to my house and did the full service and tried to clean the carburetor. Unfortunately, gaskets were bad, and carb was in bad shape. I did not get to use the boat over Memorial Day weekend. Guys rocked. They were out at the house in my time of need. Knocked it out of the park. Starter replacement, full engine and outdrive service, the boat has never ran so good. Have become my main mechanic service techs. The 496 mag has never run this good. Appreciate the work guys!!
Ive used Rick and his son twice now. Once when I bought my first boat to do a tune up as a well as tought me about the basics of the motor and what he was doing. I recently used him to to pull the motor from my boat and reinstall it. He was able to do this in my backyard and was timely about all his work. Him and his son did good work and my boat ran well the following weekend at my bachelor party. He came in clutch in a pinch and im very thankful for their service!
I am a US Marine Veteran who was treated terrible for not having enough money upfront. My boat keys were kept for ransom and job wasn’t completed until I had the remainder balance of $1,016.25 even though I had made a $820 cash deposit and had a come to an agreement with RICK about paying the rest when my military pension would come in a week and a half… I was called a liar when I paid him the remainder balance and my wife was next to me! I Purchased a boat off Craigslist that I couldn’t get running right for a month trying to do it myself. Called Rick and he fixed the issue and had me on the water the next day with no issues. Will be using him again for sure!
