I own two vacation properties in Tahoe and deal with dozens of local companies to keep the properties running smoothly. Reliable Maintence used to be my house cleaning company but the combination of poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and poor management drove me away. Honestly, they were the single worst working experience/relationship I have encountered in all my years in Tahoe.

I have become very disappointed in the quality of the service our home has received over the years. So much so, that I am interviewing other housekeeping services. I had been a loyal customer since the former owners - 1986. For 30-years RM had cleaned our home. This past year, they restricted our side of the lake (West Shore) to once a week travel. This company has done multiple locations for us. We have great things to say, and will refer them out anytime. They have done last minute cleans for us as well. Homes are clean, service is professional. Highly recommend!
