This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I spoke with someone about changing my auto-draft date, and I was told that it could not be changed due to company policy. I then asked her to remove my auto-draft completely, which she did. AFTER she removed it, she informed me that removing the auto-draft would result in an increase to my bill. The local office on Marvin D.
