The local office on Marvin D. Love Freeway has the worst customer service I inherited policies from my mom and have been keeping up the payments how if I’m a day late The agent that is assigned to me named Lola calls harasses and is very rude when I talk to her on Monday, September 29. Local businesses: stay away from Kemper Insurance If you’re with them, switch now. This company will only cause you stress and frustration. They don’t respond, take weeks or even months, and in the end they don’t pay, even if you have police reports and all the proper evidence. They don’t care about your situation or the time you’re losing. They just look for excuses not to pay. Do not recommend this company to anyone. It’s a scam disguised as insurance. 🙏
I’m so disappointed in this company. I inherited these policies when my father passed almost 7yrs and he himself been paying faithfully his payments over 25 yrs and now that I’ve inherited them I don’t even know how much they are really worth and I haven’t seen nor heard from my agent Paul Johnson since 2018 come to find out today he’s no longer with the company I honestly feel scammed and swindled by this company cause I need to make claims and can’t get anyone to file for me I had to google the company just to get a number... read more
