I had the pleasure of working with Jenny to get our RX350 serviced. When I scheduled over the phone the service she was kind and welcoming while working around the times I was available. When I arrived, she was proactive in helping me allocate the L/certified service funds towards services not done yet versus services that was already done during the CPO certification process. Our experience was outstanding! We were in town dropping our child off for college and our car needed urgent work. Myles was able to get our car in Saturday morning, get the codes checked and make repairs so we could safely drive our car back home 9 hours away. Got the car back same day, washed and vacuumed, on a Saturday! They were so kind, accommodating and efficient.
Reliable Lexus took care of my 2017 IS300 AWD. They performed the transmission fluid, differential fluids and brake fluids at a cost about the same as local mechanics. Always had courtesy cars available as well. Couldn't ask for better service.
As usual Myles was efficient and courteous. He has taken care of us for over 10 years. A true Professional.
The service for the most part is outstanding and they charge for it. I took my LS460 for 80k mile service; oil change, tire rotation and new cabin filter. Two days after getting the filter replaced the dummy light is on and the error code is: Cabin Air-filter change required. I'm hopeful a new one is installed. I was told to google how to shut it off by the service department. Not impressed especially given the cost.
