Reliable Lexus took care of my 2017 IS300 AWD. They performed the transmission fluid, differential fluids and brake fluids at a cost about the same as local mechanics. Always had courtesy cars available as well. Couldn't ask for better service.
As usual Myles was efficient and courteous. He has taken care of us for over 10 years. A true Professional.
The service for the most part is outstanding and they charge for it. I took my LS460 for 80k mile service; oil change, tire rotation and new cabin filter. Two days after getting the filter replaced the dummy light is on and the error code is: Cabin Air-filter change required. I'm hopeful a new one is installed. I was told to google how to shut it off by the service department. Not impressed especially given the cost.
The fuel tank cover on my SUV would not open and I was desperate for fuel. Sara Burkhamer and her service crew easily took care of the problem. Moreover, there was no charge. Is this great customer service or what? You have my business. Great going!!
I've been going to Lexus Service for atleast 6 years. In that time I have gotten to know many of the Service Advisors. Miles, West, Maddie, Kara, Greyson. As well as many of the mechanics themself Chris, Ventable, Mark. They have from the start been exemplary and I don't plan on taking my three lexus's I responsible for maintance, anywhere else. The peace of mind I have everytime I pickup the car after maintenance is done. It Is invaluable!
