Good experience. Subcontract landscape by Thomas was very bad. Richard did not give me warranty on trees but came back and removed dead trees. Good irrigation work for me at good cost. I would recommend him. His phone #:615-260-6188.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had 16 trees planted and 11 of them died. After speaking with Richard for months about the issue, their only resolution was for us to repurchase the trees and they would replant them for free. We spent over $4000 to have them planted the first time. I would not use them for any landscaping, seems like any other company would have better customer service than this one.
End result came out nice. I rated 4 stars because there is a minor defect in the retaining wall and I've been asking Richard to please fix since August 29th. He said he's coming and will fix but haven't heard anymore from him. I'm going to fix it myself. I'd use him again but I'd definitely watch the work happen much more closely and inspect better before paying.
Can't get anyone to respond to me. Left a voicemail and texted. Same thing happened last year, but I thought I would try them again this year based on good reviews. I guess they don't want or need the business.
Reliable just completed a big project at our house that included installing an irrigation system, building decorative stone landscape walls surrounding all new plantings and decorative rock, with landscape lighting to highlight the new features. Rich provided us with landscape design ideas that included recommended plantings to complement each other and thrive in the (sunny/shady) locations. Reliable Landscaping and Irrigation did a wonderful job installing our irrigation system and sod. He also landscaped our entire back yard. the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Richard. He is great to work with.

I would loved to have had the opportunity to rate this company but I could not get anyone to work with me. Talked with someone (I think McCormick, the owner) on Friday, I think June 12. He requested I fill out the form with the info needed and he would get me estimate by Monday. I was interested in a paver sidewalk. Today is Monday, June 22, and I have sent another written request and called two or three times but no one cares enough to get my business. This company is definitely NOT RELIABLE.
