I discovered on Saturday afternoon that my lawn sprinkler system had a leak. I tried 2 other service providers with no response before calling Reliable. Richard was very prompt in reading out to me and made a service call that same afternoon to determine the problem and the required solution. I am one happy customer and pleased that my calls to the other guys were ignored because it resulted in my becoming a very satisfied new customer of Reliable

I initially wrote a review about this company over a month ago and the owner begged me to take it down and promised me he would make things right after failing to keep his promises to me. I took the post down and got more of a runaround and broken promises yet again from him in the next week. Ultimately, I told him that I didn't want to speak to him again and asked him to never speak to me or my wife again. Let me elaborate on what he did to us... Has repeatedly ignored my calls. I sent them everything - square footage of the lot, pictures of the weeds, pictures of the yard. In return I got NOTHING, no estimate, no responses to calls or texts. By their own estimates I have one week left to plant seeds and they are still ignoring me! (And no, they never gave me a quote, they only texted me back "sorry we are down a few guys" and never set up a date or gave me any pricing. Their response lies!)

Just completed a project with Reliable to repair and extend the landscape lighting for our subdivision front entrance in White House. Experience was great - Richard and his crew completed the project on time, under the estimate, with quality workmanship - great way to do business. We are currently working with Reliable to repair / extend our irrigation system. We give them our highest recommendation.

Last year I called looking for lawn service and spoke to a lady who said someone would call back. No one ever did. This year I have them the benefit of the doubt and tried again based on good reviews. Per the answering machine I texted the number for a quicker response and called, but no one will return my message. I was looking for a nice sod installation, but I guess they don't want the business.
