Would highly recommend using Jeff. He knows his job and is extremely thorough. We used him twice and have no complaints. Thanks for helping us get into our new home!!
Overall his report looked good, but question his rationale for stating that a central air unit should be repaired or replaced. Gave no reasoning why for this, only mentioned the condenser conduit is in contact with the ground and AC differentials were approximately 7 degrees. Well what does that mean and how does this justify replacing the unit? Also, what needs repaired? Those 2 statements do not really mean anything to the average person.
