Had my AC go out while travelling through on a road trip. They were able to get us in and get the issue diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the part on a timeline that worked for us but service through the diagnostic process was great.
While on vacation in Branson I had an object from the road put a hole in my radiator which caused me to needing immediate assistance from roadside that towed my car from Branson to the nearest Hyundai dealership which was Reliable Hyundai in Springfield, Mo. Bad business practices, lesser customer service compared to other Hyundai service departments. Charges 3% to use a credit card, avoid like the plague; disgusting to charge customers over what it likely costs them; particularly as car repairs can be costly as everyone knows. Came in for an oil change and possibly a tire change, I had limited extra time available. Dealership said with recalls they’d have the car done in two hours, still waiting over three hours later.
