If JR buys homes like he neglects his rental properties or his tenants then I wouldn’t choose him. We have recently rented one of his homes on VRBO and not only was his property not in the condition he stated on his listing but he was unresponsive to 5 days of attempt to contact him from VRBO or myself. His property was filthy, the pool was unusable due to its neglected condition and many aspects of the home were unsafe and unkept. I would suggest finding someone else who might be attentive to what is expected.

JR goes above and beyond for his customers ! And great customer services. breaks down all the details so you better understand and shows you what’s fair for you ! Great communication skills and building friendships with anyone ! If you don’t look for JR then your doing things wrong! So be sure to ask questions and info and he will always be ready to assist anyone and everyone!

I Never sold a home before, but JR and his team made it extremely easy and took the time to explain everything to me. I normally don’t write reviews, JR was the only person who took the time to listen and to treat me as a person when other so called investors were trying to corner me and scare me into selling. I was always be thankful for him and his team.
