I brought my dog there for the first time and thought it looked fine. When I brought him home after a few days and started to brush him, I found a bark collar on him that was so tight that it was restricting his throat. I NEVER use a bark collar on my dog, no need, was NEVER asked if they could put one on. When I called patty about it she said that she forgot to take it off before I picked him up. Patty drank alcohol at our house one night while pet sitting, lost our small dog, and left without finding him or calling our local friends for help. She didn't return to look for him for 24 hours and didn't notify anyone he was gone for 24 hours so anyone could even know to look for him. Her negligent actions cost us our dog. Erratic behavior and undependable. This was heartbreaking and so easily avoidable.
