Well I don't know who you all were on John Schmidt job, maybe you all were there while he did his inspection!. We were not able to be there and he did a terrible job from not checking windows that were never opened because you cant open them and was never disclosed to us, to door knobs that don't work, light fixtures that don't work, gap in the front door that you can see daylight out of almost 1/2 way up. and the list goes on. We have been in this house 6 weeks now and still finding stuff wrong that he never check and coast... read more
