I made an appointment a month ago and called today to find out it was canceled! I let them know the day I booked I had to order my insurance card and they said fine. I call on the day of my appointment to give my insurance card and they told me they canceled my appointment because of my insurance card. That is very unprofessional! I was excited for the appointment despite the already poor reviews left.
No wonder the reviews are so bad.....the level of customer service is bottom tier
