Brendan helped me diagnose my washing machine over the phone and was honest enough to let me know I was better off replacing my washing machine, due to cost of repairs. He stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour to sort my machine out! Will definitely be calling him for any future repairs!
I actually didn't hire Mr.Rooney (yet!!) but his help and expert opinion on a DIY rescue for my dryer was beyond helpful. He was able to confirm my problem with my dryer, help me locate the parts to purchase, and even told me the steps on how to complete the job. Brendan was able to come look at our fridge very quickly. He was able to diagnose to problem and has very reasonable prices. We have a fairly old fridge and Brendan was honest about the repair cost and that it may not be worth the repair. We greatly appreciated his honesty.
