Had a furnace replaced with them in 2024 through American Homeshield. Started to have a condensation issue a week ago. Have called daily and left multiple messages for the last week. When they did finally answer they said they would call us back, but never have. Ended up having to call another company to get service and now find out that it was not even installed properly. Really poor communication!! Had them install a ac and furnace issues with both! Fan burnt up on a brand new ac unit and now condensation has built up in the exhaust flow vent. I have been tryin to get ahold of them for almost 2 weeks now and answered 1 time told me to give him 30mins and he’d call back…. Nothing!!! Been blowing up there office and his phone ever since can’t get them to answer!!!

Allen and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough. I have to say that their name sticks with their service. My AC was not working and he came out and got it working fast. No issues and was great service and price.
We had a claim via the home warranty company assigned to them. They did the diagnosis on my furnace and were to come back and replace the faulty parts. Multiple calls and follow ups, they never respond. The claim has been open for more than a month. I have made multiple calls but no response from them. Very bad work ethic. Avoid if you want piece of mind!
