This company was sent to be through our home warranty. Dante was our worker and did great. He came in diagnosed the issue with my furnace. Did a fix that kept our furnace going and probably fixed the furnace but did order the part that was needed. He never once tried to say something else was wrong but fixed what was needed. I would recommend this company.
Do not hire this company to fix your heater. Our insurance selected this company to fix our heater and they are incompetent and does not show up for scheduled appointments. We have been without a working heater for 3 weeks while it has been cold. They keep coming up with new parts that needs to be fixed but will not keep appointments, while not answering calls or texts.
Matt from Mel Allen Construction. I read a lot of angry reviews on here about Reliable heating and cooling. I guess that's just the trend these days. Everyone wants contractors to have unlimited stock on parts and be able to fix any problem in minutes. I would give 0 stars if I could!!! DO NOT allow this company in your home!!! I would also like to stay this company was assigned to us by American Home Shield Home Warranty. Let’s start from the beginning 3/23: Furnace goes out, and we are told we need a new furnace. Without asking us they order a new furnace. When I express that is not the furnace we want as after some research and realizing it is not a good model for our quad level home.
