Really poor communication!! Had them install a ac and furnace issues with both! Fan burnt up on a brand new ac unit and now condensation has built up in the exhaust flow vent. I have been tryin to get ahold of them for almost 2 weeks now and answered 1 time told me to give him 30mins and he’d call back…. Nothing!!! Been blowing up there office and his phone ever since can’t get them to answer!!!
I had my furnace replaced by them 3 years ago through American Home Shield. It just started making a grinding noise, sounds like blower issue. I called them to verify it is still under warranty. Once I asked them about it they said they'd look into it and get back to me. All I have gotten the past few days is a text saying a technician will be reaching out. A technician has yet to reach out. Allen and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough. I have to say that their name sticks with their service. My AC was not working and he came out and got it working fast. No issues and was great service and price.
We had a claim via the home warranty company assigned to them. They did the diagnosis on my furnace and were to come back and replace the faulty parts. Multiple calls and follow ups, they never respond. The claim has been open for more than a month. I have made multiple calls but no response from them. Very bad work ethic. Avoid if you want piece of mind!
SCAMMERS! TOOK OUR MONEY THEN DROPPED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH! If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. Allen from "Reliable Mechanical Services" (ironic company name) came to fix our AC on 7/4/25 via an agreement with our home warranty. He came, said he needed to order a part and would come back, cashed the check we gave him for the service fee (writing his own name into the Pay To space which I thought was fishy) and then literally never returned or answered any of the dozens of voicemails my husband ... read more
