Allen and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough. I have to say that their name sticks with their service. My AC was not working and he came out and got it working fast. No issues and was great service and price.
We had a claim via the home warranty company assigned to them. They did the diagnosis on my furnace and were to come back and replace the faulty parts. Multiple calls and follow ups, they never respond. The claim has been open for more than a month. I have made multiple calls but no response from them. Very bad work ethic. Avoid if you want piece of mind!
SCAMMERS! TOOK OUR MONEY THEN DROPPED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH! If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. Allen from "Reliable Mechanical Services" (ironic company name) came to fix our AC on 7/4/25 via an agreement with our home warranty. I have never left a 1 star review ever on Google as I never want to blast a business. I always try internally to make it right. This is a different case. Like other reviews, we used this company as recommended by our home warranty company. When we were assigned, they came within two days to diagnose our Heating/AC as our blower motor went out.
