James and Nick of Reliable Air and Heat went above and beyond with their service. They installed the new Air handler unit and it works great! They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
A person showed up on my property and tried to steal my stand-by generator. I ask the to leave and they refused. I had to call the law. I still don’t understand why a contractor from Franklinton la was in Mississippi
UPDATE: They never responded to our last call of water leaking through our ceiling light onto our wood floors. Had to call another company to repair and pay for what should have been handled by this company. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and concern for our property and their work. Had them replace two of our AC units. Since replacing, we have now had 3 emergencies with leaks from the AC damaging our property in several rooms. They have not responded in a timely manner when we started having problem... read more
Called Reliable up in the afternoon when my AC went out. True to their word they came out a few hours later and got it going! Otherwise we'd have been in for a hot night!
