They have zero customer service and absolutely will not return calls or emails. Also beware of their estimate. They promise things, even in writing, but will not honor it. UPDATE: Situation has been resolved. After 7 weeks of letters, emails and phone calls, I was able to reach someone who cared and looked into the situation and was able to take care of it. The installation team was excellent and I am very satisfied with my new AC system. Hopefully Reliable will improve their customer response in the future.
The maintenance fees offered are insane! They only offer 2 ways to get maintenance; pay $14.99 per month (comes out to $180 per year) or if you want to pay all at once they charge $200! FOR THE SAME SERVICE. They want that monthly income stream! I do not want them charging me monthly for something I can pay once so I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for the rip off NON-Reliable!
So... searching for HVAC Repair Talbotton GA up pops Reliable Heating and Air (see screenshot.) I book online for Tuesday the 9th. I get a text and phone call Sunday to confirm the appointment, I call back Monday Morning to confirm... and get told 'oh, sorry, we don't service that area...'
An underground water line break occurred between the meter and house. I contacted Reliable and Harry, one of their Plumbers, came to the house right on the scheduled time window and made the repair. Harry was very professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with the experience.
I was with Reliable for 10 years. They changed to a montly plan so I was forced to go on it. It apparently is not a monthly plan. I did not get service for 15 months, then I got service in January. I called to get service and they said had no service calls left. I had service in january, but had not had service previously since Oct 2023. So I cancelld my service.
