I have to say that Reliable Heating & Air was the only company to respond to a water emergency on a Sunday morning. The plumber was friendly and an expert. The three stars is driven by the $1,600 for 2.5 hours on site and minimal parts in terms of some small pipe fittings to seal off the broken pipe. Good work, but the charge, which was a pre-set amount that we agreed to up front, was nothing short of highway robbery or predatory pricing in an emergency. Joey & Jordan came out to fix some electrical issues I was having in the kitchen & living room areas. Joey found the problem area, showed it to me, fixed it and then told me how to prevent issues with LED lights in the future. They both tested my light bulbs and found the problem bulb. They even took the time to check my light bulbs in my upstairs bathroom. In the 5 years that I have lived here, Reliable has always provided Excellent customer service. Thank you Joey & Jordan for being "Reliable".
Rock was awesome and the install crew did amazing. They were extremely prompt and super helpful. Rock even has gone out of his way on his off days to answer a few of my questions, which shows the dedication of this company. 10/10 would use again
Just want to give a huge kudos to rock who was amazing, great with explaining all the services offered and was very kind, such a great guy, also thanks to Matthew for the assistance and the techs were awesome very respectful and good to work with. Very pleased with my new AC/ furnace and tankless water heater.
I made an appointment online with reliable to replace my HVAC system. Rock came same day, right on time. He gave me a great quote. I had an idea what I was going to have to spend. Jeff the installer was actually early. He was very professional. He explained what he had to do before he did it. I had to go to work while he installed the system. He sent me photos once completed. No complaints here!
